This is a plain-language introduction to yoga that includes excellent photos, showing the poses. I learned a lot and think some of the other yoga sources will make more sense now. Certainly a stand-alone resource that can meet all your needs. Well done
This is a great book for anyone interested in starting yoga. It shows you pictures of many different poses and then incorporates them into sequences such as morning/night yoga, arms/core/ legs sequences, for back pain/headache/relaxation, yoga for runners, swimmers etc. There is definitely something for everyone, as the book shows different variations of the poses, and there is a lot of challenging ones too for those who are more experienced!
