This whole book can be fairly summarized by the phrase "Co-sleeping will solve all your problems." I am not a co-sleeper, but despite this I still found some good tips on helping baby sleep and helping parents cope. The best thing about any Dr. Sears book is the non-judgmental, non-preachy, and non-condescending way the information is disseminated - this sets him apart from nearly every other parenting book out there.

Recommended for parents who co-sleep or are interested in learning more about co-sleeping.
