Sounds good... but is truly Junk Science. You simply can't have it both ways. Your body has energy requirements. Either via carbohydrate (very bad) or fats (very good if healthy - animal origin or plant oils that are saturated like Coconut oil or Palm Oil). If you have Low Carb (which this is NOT - it's recipes are loaded with carbohydrates) then you'll have no energy, High fatigue and eventually soon die as numerous early trappers and explorers discovered when they fell victim to the "rabbit starvation diet". https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rabbit_starvation You can eat a lot of protein - tons of it. As long as it is eaten with a lot of fat. That's why fatty meat cuts (and organs) are much better than lean meat. Low carb is NOT high protein... it's high fat.
